JobPulse collects candidate account information including email address, username, display name, job preferences, and uploaded application materials solely for the purpose of matching job criteria and generating AI cover letters.
2. Use of Scraped & Direct Job Data
Job listings displayed on our platform are indexed from public job boards (LinkedIn, Bdjobs, Remote OK, Himalayas, BD Government portals) and direct employer postings. We do not sell candidate resume data or personal information to third parties.
3. AI Processing & Generation
When utilizing our AI Cover Letter Generator, your profile summary and target job description are processed through encrypted multi-provider LLM pipelines (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter). No raw personal credentials are used for AI training.
4. Data Security & Rights
We enforce industry-standard HTTPS encryption, JWT authentication cookies, and hashed password security. You retain the right to delete your account or modify your job preferences at any time.
